After twelve years of renovation to The Woodward, three more historic homes in the same block have been renovated and added, giving additional party and lodging accommodations to visiting guests.

The Woodward Garden Guesthouse and The Woodward Garden Guesthouse Two were first built as "sister houses" in the 1930's. They are simple Victorian style. The Woodward Garden Guesthouse Two has been renovated in the past as a duplex and is now renovated as an apartment-style Bed and Breakfast. Both Guesthouses are family friendly and can accommodate very small gatherings or retreats. (term stays). Light evening snack and light morning breakfast (self-tended) are included.

		The Summer Cottage Suite at The Woodward Garden Guesthouse Two is an adorable apartment-style suite featuring two Queen sized coordinating bedroom with very cozy linens and robes. The Summer Cottage also has a Living Room with Queen sized sleeper sofa oversized chair and ottoman and large comfortable heavy rocker next to the electric cast fireplace. TV/DVD and stereo are also featured. The Summer Cottage colors are paprika and other reds, whites, sage, cream and olive with floral patterns and gingham checks. Although all furnishings are new, they have the appearance of the distressed cottage.

		The bathroom features a clawfoot tub with heavy brass shower surround and brass faucets. The bathroom and kitchen colors are sage, cream and daffodil. The kitchen is small but complete with new appliances and matching Cottage Dishes. The Summer Cottage has a half sized porch with hanging porch swing and lots of full, colorful flower pots. The Summer Cottage is available at $250 per night for a maximum of 6 guests and is also available for long-term business stay at a business rate or full-house discount when both the Summer Cottage and the Mission Flat Suites are reserved.

		The Mission Flat Suite is exactly like the Summer Cottage Suite except that it features colors of Brick, Sand and Brown with an Autumn feel and Mission style matching furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen are also the same in feature as the Summer Cottage and are in colors of tangerine, pumpkin, white and brick.

		The Mission Flat has a full front porch with a hanging hammock and rocker surrounded with lots of flower pots. The Mission Flat is available at $250 per night for a maximum of 6 guests and is also available for long-term business stay at a business rate or full-house discount when both the Summer Cottage and the Mission Flat Suites are reserved.
